House endorses 3 budget-related bills

KATHMANDU, Sept 30: A meeting of the Legislature-Parliament has endorsed the three bills related to the annual budget with majority on Friday.

KATHMANDU, Sept 30: A meeting of the Legislature-Parliament has endorsed the three bills related to the annual budget with majority on Friday.


The endorsed bills are Finance Bill, National Debt Recovery Bill, and Debt and Guarantee Bill.

Minister for Finance Krishna Bahadur Mahara had tabled these bills in Parliament for endorsement yesterday.


These bills had been tabled in Parliament for approval by the erstwhile government led by KP Sharma Oli three months ago but were disapproved after the ruling coalition partners Nepali Congress (NC) and CPN (Maoist Center) voted against them. 


These bills were pending while other budget-related bills including the appropriation bill was endorsed by the House.
