House disruption on

KATHMANDU, Aug 12: UCPN-Maoist lawmakers continued House obstruction as per their scheduled protest programs against the President´s move to reinstate army chief Rookmangud Katawal. Speaker Subas Nembang put off the House meeting till August 12 after the Maoist lawmakers picketed the rostrum on Wednesday.



The Maoists also picketed Singha Durbar, the principal secretariat of the government and staged sit-in in front of District Administration Offices in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday.
