KATHMANDU, Sept 8: Host Pioneer International Public School on Wednesday claimed the title of the Fourth Pioneer Inter-school Chess Tournament. Pioneer wrapped up the tournament with 27 points.

Anil Lama, Sampurna Raj Neupane and Bijay Lama of the host secured the first, second and third positions, respectively, in the junior boy's category.
Meanwhile, Susan Gautam and Bishal Sunuwar of Greenland and Biraj Pudasaini of Pioneer bagged the top three positions in the boy's senior section, respectively. Similarly, Sujana Lohani of Greenland, Suruchi Thing of Mahankal and Sangita Karki of Pioneer clinched the top three honors in the senior girl's section.
