KATHMANDU, Nov 24: Suresh Adhikari, secretary of the House of Representatives (HoR) of the Federal Parliament, has tendered resignation from the post.
Adhikari submitted his resignation to President Ram Chandra Paudel as Speaker Devraj Ghimire is on a visit to Cambodia. Speaker Ghimire had appointed Adhikari as the secretary of the HoR on July 1.

Ek Ram Giri, spokesperson for the Parliament Secretariat, confirmed that Adhikari resigned, citing health reasons, effective from November 25.
