Kathmandu, September 13: A meeting of the House of Representatives scheduled to be held at 11:00 this morning will now be held at 1 o'clock in the afternoon due to special reasons. It is mentioned in the notice issued by the Secretary of the House of Representatives, Gopalnath Yogi.
