Its standard version is priced at Rs 3.05 million, while other two options - Jazz Mode and Jazz Active - are tagged Rs 3.1 million and Rs 31.25 million respectively. According to Syakar Company, Jazz runs on a four-cylinder 1.2l SOHC i-VTEC engine, which delivers a maximum power of 90 PS at 6,200 rpms. It offers a fuel efficiency of 16.1 kmpl.

The most impressive feature of the Jazz is its space. Not only can it hold 384 liters in its cargo hold, its seats - branded as magic seats - can also be manipulated to make the car something close to a small pick-up. Honda publicity photos even show a mountain bike standing inside the Jazz. The rear seats can be folded to a flat floor which extends the rear space to 1,720 mm. The same can be done even to the passenger seat to get more space.
Some extra features in the higher end models include body side molding, mud flaps, corner protector, sports pedals, and spoilers, among others. These changes are mostly cosmetic as the basic model itself has all top-end features like ABS with Brake Assist and EBD (Electronic Brake-force Distribution), G-CON (G-force control technology), airbags, sound system with a control in the steering, air conditioning system and real time fuel efficiency gauge.
Jazz has been built for safety of those inside and comes in six different colors: habanero red, deep sapphire blue, sherbet blue, alabaster silver, tafeta white and crystal black pearl.
