KATHMANDU, June 28: Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayankaji Shrestha, who is on a five-day visit to China, has reached Chengdu, the capital of China's Sichuan Province.
He was received today at the Chengdu Tianfu International Airport by Deputy Secretary General of Sichuan People's Government Deng Xiaogang and Consulate General of Nepal Dinesh Kumar Ghimire.

DPM Shrestha is scheduled to address the opening session of the West China International Fair (WCIF) as a special guest on Thursday and in the afternoon, visit the planning exhibition hall of Chengdu and Sichuan city and observe the exhibition.
On Friday, he will meet with the leadership of Sichuan University and give a speech to the students studying there. On Saturday, DPM Shrestha will visit Yindiyu Earthquake, the 'Hydro Junction' in Jingpu, and the irrigation system and rural revitalization project in Dujiangyan.
He left for China on Tuesday leading a seven-member Nepali delegation.
