Himalaya Airlines operates a diplomatic chartered flight to China’s Qingdao

KATHMANDU, August 10: Himalaya Airlines operated a special diplomatic chartered flight to Qingdao (Tsingtao), China on August 9 for the official visit of Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Narayan Khadka. The flight was carried out upon the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

KATHMANDU, August 10: Himalaya Airlines operated a special diplomatic chartered flight to Qingdao (Tsingtao), China on August 9 for the official visit of Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Narayan Khadka. The flight was carried out upon the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.


Himalaya’s Airbus 319, 9N AJK with the flight number H9 7220 departed from the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) at 11:07 PM (local time) yesterday, carrying an 11-member delegation of MoFA officials and landed at Qingdao Liuting International Airport (IATA: TAO, ICAO: ZSQD) at 07:55 AM (local time) today.

The delegation after the two-day official visit to Qingdao, will return via Himalaya Airlines’ flight on August 11.
