KATHMANDU, Feb 9: A meeting of the high-level political mechanism is scheduled to be held at 3 PM today. According to the Prime Minister's Office, the meeting is scheduled to be held at 3 PM today.

A meeting between Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal and CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli in Balkot on Wednesday agreed to hold the high-level mechanism meeting today.

The meeting is expected to hold discussions on the ruling alliance’s  candidate for the new president.
