KATHMANDU, August 10: The country is likely to see a partial to general cloudy sky with light to heavy rains and thundershowers in the next 24 hours.
Some parts in the hill and a few others in the remaining parts are likely to receive light to moderate rains and thundershowers with partial to general cloudy sky and heavy rains at one or two places in Province 1, Bagmati, Gandaki and Sudurpaschim provinces, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology. People living in areas with possible risks have been asked to stay alert.
Thundershowers forecast with arrival of pre-monsoon arrival
The Kathmandu Valley recorded a minimum of 20.5 degrees and a maximum of 31.5 degrees Celsius temperature in the past 24 hours, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division.
