Heavy rain with thunder and lightning likely in a few places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces

KATHMANDU, July 12: The country is under the influence of Monsoon. Light to moderate rain is taking place in a few places of Koshi and Madhesh provinces and one or two places in the remaining provinces since this morning, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology of Meteorological Forecasting Division.

There will be a normal to full change across the country this afternoon. Light to moderate rain is likely at some places in all the states. There is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder and lightning in one or two places of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.

Similarly, there will be a partial to complete change in the weather across the country tonight. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain at many places in all the provinces. There is also a possibility of heavy rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in Koshi and Gandaki provinces.
