KATHMANDU, Jan 17: The hearing on the writ petitions filed against the dissolution of the House of Representatives (HoR) resumed at the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court (SC) on Sunday afternoon.
Overruling the demand for a full bench by the petitioners, the apex court had decided to conduct hearing on the writ petitions by the Constitutional Bench stating that the case of house dissolution is a serious case of judicial interpretation.
