KATHMANDU, April 18: The Supreme Court is to start hearing on a writ petition filed by the suspended governor of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), Maha Prasad Adhikari, from Tuesday.
Adhikari knocked on the doors of the apex court on Sunday against the government’s April 8 decision to suspend him from the post of NRB Governor. Adhikari filed a writ petition, seeking an interim order reversing the action taken against him and reinstating him to the vital post.
