The hearing scheduled for today was postponed as Justice Pokharel, previously involved in a petition against the then CM Uddav Thapa, was deemed ineligible to participate in the hearing.
Former CM Kedar Karki has filed a writ petition arguing that the formation of the new government under Article 168 (5) of the Constitution is unconstitutional. Karki's petition demands the removal of the current CM Hikmat Karki, and seeks his own reinstatement as the CM.
