Gyanendra, Manoj triumph

KATHMANDU, April 24: Gyanendra Hamala and Manoj Malla won gold in the NECOS Junior National Taekwondo Championship, ongoing at the National Sports Council covered hall on Friday. Gyanendra defeated Dekar Rai for the boy's U-68 kg gold while Manoj triumphed over Amit Shahi in the U-55 kg.

Likewise, Sushma Shrestha won gold in girl's U-52 kg defeating Shandhya Singh. In other age categories of pumse, Chhiring Tamang (boys U-18), Ranjana Ramjali (girls U-12), Roshani Shrestha (girls U-15), Ashmita Khadka (girls U-18), Bikalpa Shahi (boys U-12) and Prajwol Karmacharya (boys U-12) won in their respective categories.
