Grade-7 student killed, YF demonstrates against YCL

BIRATNAGAR, April 2: Youth Force (YF), wing of CPN-UML, has started demonstrations in Biratnagar against the killing of a 17-year-old student Anuj Thapa.



The UML youth body has accused the Maoist-affiliated Young Communist Leagues members killed the grade-7 student of Gograha Higher Secondary School Pokhara.



Teenager Thapa was stabbed to death by unidentified assailants Thursday morning. YF members have claimed that he was killed by YCL members.



The incident took place on the same day when the YF in Rupandehi called off its week-long protests against the killing of its Rupandehi district leader Prachanda Thaiba.
