Govt to accept 12 million USD grant from World Bank

Additionally, the government has decided to increase the paid-up capital of the Citizen Investment Fund to Rs 6.48 billion.

KATHMANDU, Jan 14: The government has decided to accept a $12 million grant (approximately Rs 1.63 billion) from the World Bank. 


Minister for Information and Communications Prithvi Subba Gurung, who is also the government’s spokesperson, announced the decision following a cabinet meeting held on Friday.
