RUPANDEHI, Jan 6: Ruling Nepal Communist Party chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the government should not overlook its weakness. Dahal, while launching fortnight paper Lok Abhiyan in Butwal on Sunday, chair Dahal said that the incumbent two-third majority government has both opportunities and challenges equally, for which the government should move ahead with self-criticism on moral ground.
“If we fail to notice our weakness, if we abort public voice and if we present in the public with arrogance then there is a risk of losing all those achievements that we have obtained till date”, said Dahal.

He went on saying that if the government would dodge the need and importance of the public demands then there is a fear of replication. Reasserting that the two-third majority communist government is committed to working for the prosperity of the county, Dahal said, “The whole world is watching us. Now it is totally on us whether to bring the wave of prosperity or just fade away without addressing the need of the country.”
He stressed the need of the unity among the leftist forces to protect the national sovereignty, geographical integrity and socialism, if not he warned, the country will have to face the adversity.
