KATHMANDU, April 20: Various 15 construction companies with unsatisfactory work have been blacklisted.
The Public Procurement Monitoring Office under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has released the details of 15 construction companies that have been blacklisted.

Shailendra Kumar Kurumbang-led SAS Construction Private Limited, Biratnagar has been blacklisted for three years. Hilihang Rural Municipality, Panchthar, had recommended keeping this company in the blacklist.
Similarly, Shankara Mali Construction Services Pvt Ltd led by Deepak Sapkota, Nagarjuna Construction Pvt Ltd led by Gokarna Prasad Pandit, YP Construction Pvt Ltd led by Raju Prasad Shrestha and Rafina Construction Pvt Ltd led by Ravin Kumar Joshi have been blacklisted for one year and three months.
Other companies have been blacklisted for a year.
During the period of blacklisting, these companies are not allowed to participate in any public procurement process.
