Govt employ killed in raod mishap

BARA, June 8: A man has been killed when a motorbike that he was driving collided with a tanker at Gandak chwok of the district on Friday evening.

The deceased has been identified as Trithadhwoj Khadka, an government employ at district land reform office here in the district.



According to police, the motorcycle and a tanker coming from opposite direction were collided with each other at the police checkpoint. [break]



Police said that when the incident occurred, Khadka was driving the bike in excessive speed to avoid the police checking. He was on his way to Birgunj from Kalaiya, Bara



The body of the deceased has been kept at district hospital. The tanker has been also taken control by the Bara police.
