Government restructures foreign affairs development committee

KATHMANDU, Aug 16: : The government has decided to restructure the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) Development Committee. A cabinet meeting held on Tuesday also appointed eight experts from various fields as its members for three years as per the recommendations made a panel led by Dr Dinesh Bhattarai. KATHMANDU, Aug 16: : The government has decided to restructure the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) Development Committee. A cabinet meeting held on Tuesday also appointed eight experts from various fields as its members for three years as per the recommendations made a panel led by Dr Dinesh Bhattarai. According to Information Minister Gokul Banskota, those appointed as members of the body include Dilli Raj Ghimire, Khadga KC, Major General (retd) Himalaya Thapa, Prof Meena Baidhya Malla, advocate Hari Phuyal, Shanker Sharma, Bhawani Rana and Prof Lal Babu Yadav.
