KATHMANDU, August 5: According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, the price of gold increased by Rs 700 per tola in the Nepali market on Friday.
The price of fine gold rose to Rs 96,800 per tola on Friday from Rs 96,100 per tola on Thursday.

Similarly, the price of silver has also increased. The price of silver has increased by Rs 10 per tola and the metal is being sold at Rs 1,220 per tola. It was traded at Rs 1,210 per tola on Thursday.
The Federation has been setting the daily transaction prices of the precious metals in the domestic market based on their prices in the international market.
