KATHMANDU, Oct 2: The price of gold has gone up by Rs 800 per tola in the domestic market on Wednesday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the price of fine gold has surged to Rs 160,800 per tola today, marking an increase of Rs 800 per tola. Fine gold was sold at Rs 160,000 per tola on Tuesday.
Similarly, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 10 per tola. The price of silver is fixed at Rs 1,935 per tola on Wednesday. It was traded at Rs 1,925 per tola on Tuesday.
