Gold price drops by Rs 2,400 per tola

KATHMANDU, July 25:  The price of gold dropped by Rs 2,400 per tola in the domestic market today.

KATHMANDU, July 25:  The price of gold dropped by Rs 2,400 per tola in the domestic market today.


According to the  Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, fine gold is now priced at Rs 145,000 per tola, while standard gold is trading at Rs 144,300 per tola.

On Wednesday, the price of fine gold was Rs 147,400 per tola, whereas standard gold was being traded at Rs 146,700 per tola.


In addition, the price of silver fell by Rs 55 per tola and the metal is being traded at Rs 1,750 per tola today.
