Global IME celebrates National Paddy Day

KATHMANDU, July 1: Global IME Bank Ltd celebrated 16th National Paddy Day by organizing a paddy plantation event in Tokha of Kathmandu on Sunday. Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that bank employees as well as locals participated in the plantation ceremony aimed at promoting the tradition of celebrating paddy day.
Similarly, the bank also organized a bicycle rally from its branch office in Dhapasi to Jhor on the occasion of National Paddy Day. Over five dozen people participated in the rally, according to the
statement.
