MYAGDI, Nov 14: Gandaki Province Assembly Member Bimala Gauchan has passed away. She was 63.
Gauchan breathed her last while undergoing treatment for dengue at Grande International Hospital in Kathmandu on Wednesday night, according to former president of Nepali Congress (NC) Myagdi and Constituent Assembly member Resham Bahadur Baniya.

Gauchan was elected as a Province Assembly member from the NC through the proportional electoral system.
According to family sources, her body has been kept at the hospital and her final rites will be performed after the arrival of her son from the US.
