Gaijatra show now in seven provinces

Gaijatra special show which was only showcased in Kathmandu on the occasion of annual festival Gaijatra, is now expanding across the nation.

Gaijatra special show which was only showcased in Kathmandu on the occasion of annual festival Gaijatra, is now expanding across the nation.


Brand Birth organized a press meet on Monday to inform that Gaijatra special show titled ‘Pradesh Pradeshma Gaijatra’ is scheduled to showcase in seven provinces.

The show will commence from Biratnagar of Province 1 to Dhangadi of Province 7 which will eventually conclude in Kathmandu, said Mohan Gajurel, executive director of Brand Birth.


“We are excepting around five thousand to seven thousand audiences for the show,” Gajurel added.


According to Comedian Manoj Gajurel, the show will run for 10 days in seven provinces.


“We symbolized Gaijtra as a festival of laughter. The city-centric comedy show which satirizes evil traditional of society is now shifting to all seven provinces,” said Manoj.


“It will be an inclusive show that will appeal to unite the people of mountain, hill, and terai,” Comedian Shailendra Simkhada said.


The show will line up various prominent comedians including Manoj Gajurel, Shailendra Simkhada, Surendra KC (Mula Saag), Rabin Dangol, Yaman Thapa, Shiva Shankar Rijal (Jogendra Paan Wala), Sandhya Buda (Kauli Budi) and many more.
