KATHMANDU, Dec 27: Nepal Breast Cancer Foundation organized a two-day fundraising program at the World Trade Center earlier this week with a view to support breast cancer patients and spread awareness about the health complication.
“We launch such events in various parts of the country mainly in the month of January every year. During the event we spread awareness about this problem and support breast cancer patients to get proper treatment,” said Dr. Suzita Hirachan, president of Nepal Breast Cancer Foundation.
Customers especially the mothers were given information about breast cancer and ways of self breast examination by the doctors through interaction and pamphlets.
