KATHMANDU, Nov 26: Agitating Federal Socialist Forum Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav has accused the government of suppressing Madhesi people fighting for their rights.

Talking to media persons after today's Legislature-Parliament meeting, Yadav said that the ruling parties were responding with communal and racial thinking to the Madhesi, indigenous and Khas communities fighting for their rights.

He demanded that the new constitution should be amended as per the past agreements.

Responding to queries about reported controversial statement of an Indian member of parliament that Nepal's 15 Tarai districts should be annexed with India, Yadav said, "Go to the border to wage war or run away, leaving behind the chair," he said, indicating to ministers of the government of Nepal.

On latest firing at Nepalis by Indian Seema Suraksha Bal in Nepali territory, Yadav said that news of firing and killings are bad for people of any country, saying that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal should make public its official views on the matter. RSS
