KAILALI, May 3: Four people died of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) at the Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadi of Kailali district.

A 38-year old male from Lamkichuha Municipality-9 and a 35-year old female from Lamkichuha-10 breathed their last while undergoing treatment for COVID-19. According to Shivraj Joshi, the Information officer at the District Administration Office of Kailali, the male died at 9:30 AM and the female patient breathed her last at 4:30 AM on Monday.

Similarly, a 43-year old male from Dhangadi Metropolitan City-2 died at around 7 AM while undergoing treatment at the Seti Provincial Hospital, according to Joshi. A 62-year old male of Bhimdatta municipality-7 of Kanchanpur also died of COVID-19 while undergoing treatment at the same hospital.
