Four Nepalis injured in Raksaul train accident

BIRGUNJ, June 25: Four Nepalis among a hundred people were injured in a train accident that occurred in the Indian city of Raksaul bordering Nepal on Thursday.



The injured are Shiva Shanker Saha a local of Sedawa VDC-8, Parsa, Mohammad Ataunal Haq, Buddiram and Mohhamad Mustakim of Bara district.



Meanwhile, four Indian nationals lost their lives in the accident.



Two who were seriously injured were rushed to Patna of India for treatment while another two are also undergoing treatment in a local hospital of Patna.



The accident took place when the train en route to Ghodasahan from Narkatiyagunj collided with a truck carrying sand in front of the airport between Raksaul and Bhelahi station.
