Four injured in Nepalgunj bomb blast

NEPALGUNJ, July 18: Four persons including three of a family were injured in a bomb blast near the District Police Office in Nepalgunj on Saturday. The abandoned socket bomb was kept at one Kiran Teli’s house in front of Nandani Mill at Khajura Road.



The injured are Buddhi KC, Jaya KC and Sudip KC of Mahadevpuri-7. Their family had been living in rent at Kiran’s house that had remained vacant for a long time. The condition of the three is said to be serious.



Landlord Kiran was also slightly injured in the explosion.



Police said they are investigating when and why the bomb was kept in the house.
