Ambassadors present credentials to President

KATHMANDU, July 15:  The newly-appointed ambassadors of four countries have presented their Letters of Credence to President Bidya Devi Bhandari at a special ceremony organized at Sheetal Niwas on Monday.

KATHMANDU, July 15:  The newly-appointed ambassadors of four countries have presented their Letters of Credence to President Bidya Devi Bhandari at a special ceremony organized at Sheetal Niwas on Monday.

The ambassadors Dinah Grach Akello of Uganda, Muhamed Cengic of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sekou Kasse of Mali and Agis Loizou of Cyprus’s presented their Letters of Credence on the occasion.


Present at the ceremony were Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, Foreign Secretary Shanker Das Bairagi, Secretary at the Office of the President, the Chief of Protocol among high government officials. Ambassadors were taken on a carriage from Hotel Shangri-la to the President's residence.
