The arrested are Yukta Magar, Narayan Bhattarai, Shiva Gurung of Ruru VDC and Krishna Ranapal Argheli, Palpa, according to the Gulmi District Police Office.
Action as per the Water Bird Conservation Act 2017 will be initiated against them, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Padma Prasad Subedi.
