TILOTTAMA (Rupendehi), Dec 26: Two bridges are to be built in two rural areas in Rupandehi.
Nepali Congress (NC), Rupandehi Chapter President Abdul Razzaq on Sunday laid the foundation stone for the construction of 120 meter bridge over the Kajaharar River, linking Devdaha-3 Basantapur and Tilottama-15.
Similarly, a bridge measuring 42 meters in length will be built over the Kajarar River linking Sunwal Ukhuwari in Nawalparasi and Kerbani in Devdaha.
According to Chief of Road Division Office, Butwal, Meghraj Marasini, the bridge will be built at the total cost of Rs 70.4 million and is expected to be built within two years.
Satya said Anjana JV has been contracted for the construction of the bridge. RSS
