KATHMANDU, Nov 11: Former State Minister for Home Affairs Khobhari Ray Yadav, who was caught red-handed while gambling last week, has been released on bail on Wednesday after he posted a bail of Rs 3,000.
Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, released him on bail following the order of the Kathmandu District Court. Yadav was in custody after being arrested on the charge of gambling on Saturday night.
Superintendent of Police Somendra Singh Rathaur said Yadav along with nine others were released on bail.
A team from the Metropolitan Police Circle Office in Swyambhunath had arrested them with more than Rs 150,000.
