Issuing a statement on Tuesday, the apex body of Nepali private sector said that the agreement inked on Monday will disseminate positive message about Nepal to international community.
"Though the April 25 earthquake has devastated the country, the new agreement has created hope among Nepalis. It will certainly help to lift Nepal to glory," the statement said, adding, "The agreement has created optimism among Nepalis that country's politics will be stable and that the new constitution will be promulgated soon."FNCCI have also stated that the country needs foreign investment worth billions of rupees for reconstruction works. "The latest political development is expected to create favorable environment for investment in the country," said FNCCI.
Stating that the private sector is always ready to support the government for economic recovery and development, FNCCI also urged opposing parties to make sure that the constitution is promulgated in time.
