KATHMANDU, August 27: Federation of Nepalese Chambers of commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has collected relief supply that will be enough for a month for flood victims.
Issuing a statement on Friday, FNCCI said that the collection of supply has been taking place at FNCCI Secretariat along with its packaging deploying five dozens of volunteers. The team has sent the relief supply to Gaur of Rautahat, Inaruwa of Sunsari, Rajbiraj of Saptari, Mangalwa of Sarlahi, Janakpur of Dhanusa, Gaushala of Mahottari and Parasi of Nawalparasi which are identified as the most affected districts.

According to FNCCI, “The relief package consists of a box of relief material:, 25 kilograms of rice, five kilograms of lentils, a liter of oil, a packet of spices, a kilogram of salt, 30 packets of Wai Wai noodles, 20 packets of Nebico biscuits, a kilogram of soyabean,, a cake of Dettol soap, a cake of soap, one Piyush water purifier, a kilogram of sugar, five packets of Jeevanjal and five kilograms of flattened rice.”
The relief supply will be distributed to affected victims in coordination with District Natural disaster Rescue Committee and the local Industry and Commerce Association. “FNCCI has put forward the plan of distribution of relief supply in regular and effective way,” read the statement.
