Vehicles had been taking the diversion after the bridge over the Ratu River had caved in a year ago. However, using the 100 meters long diversion road has been risky due to floods in the river since 3:00 am this morning.
Caution has been exercised with only one vehicle at a time as vehicles could be swept away, says the Area Police Office in Bardibas. However, transport carriers including trucks, tipper and tractors remain stranded on both sides of the river, said Police Inspector Chandeswar Yadav. RSS
