KATHMANDU, Dec 12: Nepali Congress (NC) has recommended five names from Kathmandu Constituency-2 for the upcoming House of Representatives (HoR) election scheduled for March 5.

A meeting of the regional committee recommended the names including Kathmandu Constituency-2 President Kabir Sharma to the party’s central committee. The decision was made during the committee meeting held on December 10 at the party’s Thali-based office, according to the constituency Secretary Dipak Dulal.
Other recommended names include, Kabir Sharma Lokesh Dhakal, Pratima Gautam, Manish Koirala and U P Lamichhane.
