KATHMANDU, April 1: There has been snowfall in Chandragiri hills in Kathmandu.

Devotees, who went to Chandragiri, are happy to experience the snowfall on Saturday. It has been snowing since this morning in the place which is considered as a tourist area of the capital.

Basu Dev Neupane, the priest of Bhaleshwar temple, said that snowfall has occurred in Chandragiri resort, cable car, Bhaleshwar temple and other areas.

Snow has fallen on Chandragiri hill for the first time this year. Although it did not snow in winter, it is snowing now. In the previous years, it used to snow in Chandragiri during February and March, but this time it has snowed in April.
