Final classification of Gen-Z protest-injured set for April 3

The DAO has urged concerned individuals to be present at its assembly hall on the designated day, carrying relevant medical documents and their Gen-Z injured identity cards.

KATHMANDU, March 20: The District Administration Office (DAO), Kathmandu, has issued a final call for individuals injured during the Gen-Z protests to complete their classification process.



According to Assistant Chief District Officer Muktiram Rijal, the Classification Facilitation Committee—formed under the “Procedure for Classification of Gen-Z Protest Injured, 2025” and coordinated by the Chief District Officer—has already classified most of the injured on November 21, 28, and December 4.

Officials said those who missed the earlier rounds due to various reasons will be given one last opportunity on April 3.
