KATHMANDU, Dec 15: Federation of Handicraft Association of Nepal (FHAN) organized a program in Kathmandu on Thursday to celebrate its 45th anniversary and 6th Handicraft Day.

Issuing a statement, FHAN said that officials of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation (MoCTCA) and Trade and Export Promotion Center (TEPC), as well as former and incumbent board members of the federation, were present in the program.
In the program, board members of FHAN shed light on the role of the federation to promote handicraft production and sale," according to the statement. In the program, Dharma Raj Shakya, president of FHAN, briefed the participants about the recently organized handicraft fair and craft competition.
