The federation has been formed under Som Prasad Bhandari, an earthquake victim of Sindhupalchowk district. Achyut Khanal has been nominated as the general secretary of the body.
Meanwhile, the federation has blamed government’s unclear policy and failure to set up the Reconstruction Authority in time for delay in the rehabilitation of the quake victims.
The federation has also put forth 29-point demands to the government. General Secretary Khanal has threatened to launch protest from January 1 if government failed to heed their demands in time.
