KOHALPUR, April 29: Police have arrested a father for allegedly raping his 14 year daughter. The incident of April 16 came to light after the daughter confided to her mother about the incident.  

Following the mother’s report, the father has been arrested while the daughter is undergoing medical examination, according to Nawaraj Pokhrel, inspector and chief of Area Police Office, Kohalpur said.

“We’ve filed a case against rape and incest. An investigation is ongoing,” Pokhrel said adding that primary investigation showed that the victim was earlier raped by the father when in India.
