Ex-King's son-in-law joins politics

KATHMANDU, Aug 4: Raj Bahadur Singh, son-in-law of ex-King Gyanendra Shah, has started his career in politics. Singh joined Janata Dal, which has two members in the Constituent Assembly, on June 19, according to Gayatri Shah, the party´s parliamentary leader.



"He is now an ordinary member our party," Shah told myrepublica.com, adding that two other aides of Singh have also joined the party that has been voting for the Maoists´ prime ministerial candidate Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
