Everest Bank donates computers

KATHMANDU, Nov 6: As part of corporate social responsibility toward empowering education among the underprivileged students, Everest Bank has donated computers to various institutions.



A press statement issued by the bank on Friday said that the bank has recently donated 24 computers to 17 schools, college and institutions. The bank hoped that the donation will help the institutions to educate the children about computers.



The bank further said it has adopted a policy of contributing to the social welfare activities such as women´s skill development, child education, organizing health camps and blood donation camps and donating computers among other things.



Everest Bank started its operation in 1994 with a view and objectives of extending professionalized and efficient banking services to various segments of society.
