Envoy on leave for NC convention

KATHMANDU, July 25: Bal Bahadur Kunwar, Nepali ambassador to Pakistan, is on a month-long leave to participate in the convention of the Nepali Congress.



In a letter to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Sujata Koirala, he has asked leave from July 11 to August 27, saying that he has to stay in his home district Achham during the village, region and district level conventions of the party.
