Elderly missing from TIA found in Ekantakuna with help of Pathao rider

KATHMANDU, Sept 15: Dandapani Bhusal, 76, who had been missing from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), has now come into contact with his relatives through the help of a Pathao rider.

KATHMANDU, Sept 15: Dandapani Bhusal, 76, who had been missing from Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), has now come into contact with his relatives through the help of a Pathao rider.


According to his relative Bishnu Prasad Bhandari, Bhusal came into contact on Sunday afternoon.

Bhusal’s relatives were contacted by a Pathao rider who informed them that he had found Bhusal and inquired where he should drop him.


After landing at TIA, Dandapani informed his relatives who were waiting outside. However, his relatives reached the police office in Gaushala on Sunday morning, after he was not found.


According to him, during the search operation, he was also captured in the CCTV camera of the TIA. The footage also showed that he was leaving at night from the airport. He came to Kathmandu from US with his neighbors.
