Industrialist Rathi was murdered after abduction recently. His body was found along with his suspected kidnapper (Chandra Chudal, Chairperson of Shiva Sena Nepal) on the bank of Teesta River in West Bengal of India on February 2.
The seventy-year-old industrialist was kidnapped from Kakarvitta on January 11. All the government and private schools and colleges have been closed today, to mourn the demise of education lover Rathi, it is learnt.
